The NWS Elite 23U team has completed playing its seventh consecutive season in 2011 with its summer schedule, consisting of 6 tournaments.

Are
you interested in playing for the NWS Elite 23U team in the summer of
2012?
NWS has a strong returning rosoter for our 2012 season. However we are
looking for a few solid players to fill out our roster!
NWS Elite is
a mature, competitive program, with talented and committed players! We
are planning on playing at least 5, and possibly up to 6, 23U tournaments
next summer, possibly including an NSA World Series tournament.

Elite is a Non Profit 501C Corporation registered in with the State of
Massachusetts under ID # 04-3559924.
NWS
Elite has been existence since 1999 and has run the most successful 18U
and 23U programs in Western Massachusetts, as well as supporting Girls
Fastpitch programs at the Westfield Boys & Girls Club (in Westfield
Mass), in such areas as Fall / Winter Fastpitch Pitching / Training Programs
and Softball Skills Clinics.
NWS
Elite's purpose is to provide an organization that promotes and utilizes
the game of Fastpitch Softball for the development of well rounded young
women, who will then be more able to meet life's challenges. And to use
our organization, as well as it's past and present members, to assist
these young ladies as they begin their adult lives. In particular, our
organization tries to focus and assist girls at risk.
- What
is NWS Elite 23U's history?
NWS Elite 23U
was born from a the very successful NWS Elite 18U program that began in
1999, and ran through 2005.
During that period,
NWS Elite 18U ran a year round program and won the ASA Massachusetts State
Champions in 1999, the NSA Massachusetts State Champions in 2001, and
competed every year in a National Tournament, placing as high as 13th
in the 2002 NSA World Series in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
In 2006, the
NWS Elite program began the first team in the area in the 23U ranks, to offer a competitive
place for our
collegiate level and graduated athletes to play high quality
fastpitch softball.
The NWS Elite
23U program has now run for five consecutive and very successful seasons!
We are now making
plans for our 7th season in 2012!
